The engine of our kitchen. You'll own the wok station, executing orders fast and consistently during high-volume service.

What you'll do

Operate the wok station during lunch and dinner service
Prepare noodle dishes, stir-fries, and sauces to recipe spec
Maintain station cleanliness and mise en place throughout shifts
Communicate with front-of-house on ticket timing
Assist with prep and restocking before and after service

What we're looking for

1+ year of line cook or wok experience preferred (we'll also train the right person)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment
Strong attention to portion and quality consistency
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one)

The foundation of every great plate. You'll handle daily prep — chopping, marinating, saucing — so service runs smooth.

What you'll do

Execute daily prep lists: veg cuts, protein marinades, sauce batches
Label, date, and rotate all food items per food safety standards
Support the line during service rush when needed
Keep prep area clean, organized, and stocked

What we're looking for

Kitchen experience is a plus but not required — we value work ethic above all
Knife skills and basic culinary knowledge helpful
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with early morning shifts (7am starts)

What you'll do

Open or close the location and manage shift checklists
Direct crew members on station assignments and pacing

Monitor food quality and kitchen timing throughout service
Report shift notes and inventory levels to the GM

What we're looking for

1+ year of restaurant experience, ideally in a lead or senior crew role

What you'll do

Pick up and deliver orders to customers within our delivery zone
Verify order accuracy before leaving the restaurant
Communicate ETAs and updates to dispatch
Maintain a clean, presentable delivery vehicle

What we're looking for

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Smartphone for navigation and dispatch app
Friendly, professional manner with customers

Compensation

Run the whole show at our newest location. You'll lead hiring, training, operations, and guest experience end-to-end.

What you'll do

Oversee all daily operations for the Midtown location
Hire, onboard, and develop a full crew from launch
Manage food and labor costs, ordering, and inventory
Ensure brand standards across quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
Report KPIs and flag issues to the Director of Operations
Build a culture of accountability and pride in the team

What we're looking for

3+ years restaurant management experience
Proven track record of running a high-volume location
Strong people manager who leads by example on the floor
Financially literate: comfortable with P&L, labor scheduling, COGS
Experience opening or relaunching a location is a big plus
